5 Miatas, 1 Pontiac, 1 Corvet, and 2 Toyotas
Starting in Evansville, Indiana we traveled up Interstate 164 and Hwy 57 to Oakland City and met more of the group. From Oakland City we continued up hwy 57 to Washington and then took hwy 50 over to Montgomery. We spent a few hours at the Gasthof Amish village and restaurant just north of Montgomery, looking thru the various shops and displays. The flea market was also open that day. We ate lunch in the Amish restaurant before heading out. Next stop was Hindostan Falls on the White river. With the water level down low we were able to walk out and get a good look at the falls. From Hindostan we traveled to West Baden and the French Lick Winery. Some in the group made a side trip to see the great dome in the West Baden Hotel. Last stop on the trip was the overlook at Patoka Lake.
